These terms cover every project, audit and care plan YHWH Digital delivers. Each project also gets a written scope (statement of work) that sits alongside these terms.
YHWH Digital is the business name of Prajuvin Prabha, a sole proprietor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, building websites, custom software and AI systems for businesses. Contact: prajuvin321@gmail.com.
Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Custom builds are billed 50% to start and the balance at launch, or by milestone for larger projects. Safe Line setup is invoiced before we build your line. Quote Closer setup is charged only after you approve your first real quote. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in Canadian dollars; HST is added where it applies. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause work or the service until it is paid.
The full written leak audit (discovery for custom systems) is $1,500 CAD and is credited in full to any custom build signed within 30 days of delivering it. The Found by AI First Look is $299 CAD; it comes off your first two months if you join the Fix plan within 30 days.
You provide content, logins, approvals and feedback on time, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you give us (logos, photos, text).
Once paid in full, you own the website, code and content we build for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your system may rely on third parties (for example Square, Stripe, Shopify, hosting and AI model providers). Their terms and pricing apply, and we are not responsible for their outages. AI output can be wrong; we design systems with human review where it matters.
Monthly plans have no contract. Safe Line and custom-build care plans: cancel with 30 days written notice. Quote Closer and Found by AI: cancel any time, and the plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Twelve-month payment plans for custom builds are payable for the full term.
Quote Closer sends quotes and follow-up texts to your customers on your behalf. You are the sender: you confirm each customer asked you for a quote or otherwise agreed to hear from you, as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires. Texts identify your business and stop when a customer replies or texts STOP. Deposits go to your own Stripe or Square account; we never hold your customers’ money. Quote Closer never adds a price that is not on your price list, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
We check what AI assistants say about your business and update your Google Business Profile, website details and review replies. Nothing goes live until you approve it. AI answers change often, so we do not promise any ranking or recommendation; we report the real answers each month.
Safe Line has its own detailed terms, privacy policy and cookie notice, linked at the bottom of the Safe Line page. Where they differ from these terms, the Safe Line terms apply to Safe Line.
We fix defects in our own work for 30 days after launch at no charge. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect on this website and when we build systems for clients.
What you send us through forms, email or calls (name, business, contact details, your message), plus basic website analytics: which pages are visited, the country and the type of device. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
To reply to you, prepare quotes and audits, deliver projects and send invoices. We never sell personal information.
When we build systems that handle your customers’ data (bookings, calls, payments), you are the owner of that data and we act as your service provider, following your instructions.
Trusted providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, scheduling, AI providers), only as needed. When you book a call on this site, your details go to our Google Calendar and Gmail so we can send you the invite. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Only as long as needed for the purpose, or as required by law (for example tax records).

Readable contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, reduced motion for people who turn it off in their settings, and text that resizes cleanly.
